How to set Power Management settings via Group Policy
Here is my scenario.
there are 30 laptops throughout my company's network and each one has its own different power scheme settings. Systems standby after 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, etc. This is hectic on my users becaues they complain that their machines take forever to startup from standby mode etc. I have researched endlessly and find nothing withing Microsoft's ADM GPO settings for anything relating to power schemes and power settings. I need some info on setting these features on my users machines please. Thanks!!

Great. Energy Star makes their own GPO? I will try it out tomorrow.
Thanks

I have tried the energy star gpo. I had some issues on the domain that I could not trace down. I took off the Energy Star GPO and resolved my issues.
Energy Star moved the GPO link (or changed their site, or whatever you want to call it).
