HOW DO I DISARM A CHAPMAN SECURITY ALARM

I HAVE A 1994 MAZDA MX3. UNTILL TODAY I NEVER NEW I HAD A CAR ALARM. SOME HOW TODAY THE ALARM REACTIVATED ITS SELF AND STARTED GOIN OFF AND WONT STOP.. I ALSO HAVE A LIL RED LIGHT FLASHING ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY DASH, AND MY CAR WONT START. HOW DO I DISABLE THE ALARM SO I CAN START MY CAR? COME ON GUYS I NEED YOUR HELP. AS OF NOW I TOOK OFF THE BATTERY CABLE UNTILL I CAN FIX IT.
