You can use expression column.
For example suppose each row has a column called Model, and you want to add another column called UrlLink, which looks like: http://yourserver.com/path/modelA.aspx, http://yourserver.com/path/modelB.aspx, etc.

ps. Don't forget to bind this column to your GridView

dataTable.Columns.Add("UrlLink", typeof(string), "'http://yourserver.com/path/'+Model+'.aspx'");

Ok, probably my example is not accurate enough. What about this?

dataTable.Columns.Add("Edit", typeof(string), @"'<a href=""Edit.aspx?id='+Model+'"">Edit</a>");

Your datatable will have to contain a column for the url.

<asp:GridView ID="gvRegion" runat="Server" RowStyle-HorizontalAlign="Center" CssClass="grid_bg"
                    AllowPaging="True" AllowSorting="True" AutoGenerateColumns="False" Width="100%" cellpadding="3"
                    cellspacing="0" OnPageIndexChanging="gvRegion_PageIndexChanging" OnRowDataBound="gvRegion_RowDataBound" OnSorting="gvRegion_Sorting">

Really? Hmm strange, I used to do that with DataGrid, thought could do the same with GridView. Can I see your aspx code please?

Does this work?
dtProjectList.Columns.Add("Edit", typeof(string), Server.HtmlDecode("'<a href=""Edit.aspx"">Edit</a>'"));

I saw HyperLinkField in another question thread, if expression column does not help you, see if this helps:

<asp:HyperLinkField HeaderText="your header" DataTextField="The field you want to display" DataNavigateUrlFields="The field that will provide the navigation, usually an ID field" DataNavigateUrlFormatString="Edit.aspx?id={0}" />

In your case I suppose DataTextField="Edit"

Hiii,i wrote dtProjectList.Columns.Add("Edit", typeof(string), Server.HtmlDecode("'<a href=""Edit.aspx"">Edit</a>'")); But it is also not working. we mention string type so it takes as a string only. and i did web part so i did not use aspx file. i have to mention each and everything in c# code only.

What about:

ps. Add this code before you databind the GridView.

HyperLinkField f = new HyperLinkField();
f.HeaderText = "your header";  // Maybe "Edit"
f.DataTextField = "The field you want to display"; // Maybe "Edit"
f.DataNavigateUrlFields="The field that will provide the navigation, usually an ID field"; // Maybe "ID
f.DataNavigateUrlFormatString="Edit.aspx?id={0}";

myGridView.Columns.Add(f);
