When a radiator is cleaned they actually call it a flush and they use a special solution. A powerwash could damage the unit and make it worthless. My suggestion is to take it a professional. However, is a do it yourself link.

My first thought was to say go for it. I have a friend that works with automobile engines all the time and is always taking the engine blocks, in or out of the chassis, to the car wash for cleaning. I thought the same might hold true for radiators.
