Help with calculating Carbon Footprint

Background:

I am looking into a project where I need to calculate the Carbon Footprint for a large company. To do this I need to calculate Carbon Emissions using fairly basic data.

I have not managed to find an effective model to calculate this.

I have acquired all the expenses forms and each one lists the Start and Endpoint of travel and the method of travel.

Examples of the data:
1. London Heathrow to Kensington, Taxi
2. London Gatwick (Airport) to Edinburgh (Airport), Plane
3. London St Pancras to York, Train.

I need to find a good model to calculate the CO2 emissions for each case, preferably one that can be put into Excel (although a model that is easily followed by layman i.e. Board of Directors!)

Any help is very much appreciated.

Question:
Is anyone aware of a good online model and/or average emission data for typical travel? Even a good website will be helpful (I can only find websites that specialise in calculating a "household's" emssion.)" This will be used to calculate a companys Carbon Footprint data.
