I own a small company and for the purpose of new project, me and two of my coworkers are going to apply for business visa to US, so we can do some business there - meetings and so on...
As an employer I need to prepare "Employer's letter" for them, explaining the purpose of travel, the activities, that I'll cover their expenses and other details... now, I don't know what kind of document I need for myself, since I'm an employer and employee.
Was anybody in the same situation and what sort of document should I prepare?
Thank you

You need to present a portfolio stating your company's work and goals, along with Tax returns (This is very important).
Basically you have to prove non immigrant intentions.
They will surely ask you for your clients in US (if you dont , then who are you planning to talk with)
Below is a real good resoure for US visa info, Post your question there and Immigration experts will help you out.
