Height of Radius

I have a graphics program and the input file to the gives me
"r" as a unsigned real number in the range 10 to 6000000 decimal (radius)
"S" as a signed number in the range 0 to +/-32000 decimal (starting angle in degrees)
"A" as a signed real number in the range 0.0001 to +/-32000 decimal (angle in degrees)
What I am tring to do is calculate what the height of the radius would add to my graphic.
So if the starting angle was 0 and the angle was -180 degees, it would be the bottom half of a circle and wouldn't add any height to by graphic.
