Amplitude Modulation

hi
I wonder if anybody could help me. I have got one question with 4 parts

Q A 400Khz sine wave, having a peak amplitude of 7V, is amplitude modulated by a 25Khz sine wave that has a peak amplitude of 2.5V

calculate
1. The depth of modulation
2. The frequencies in the modulated signal
3. The power in each frequency componenet if modulated signal is applied to a 2K resistor
4. Above mentioned  AM signal has been converted to an single side band signal, now by reducing the carrier by 30dB and eliminating oneof the sidebands and assigning all of the saved power to remaining sideband. By how much would the power in this remanining sideband have increased

please provide me with the formulas as well for my understanding
