Excel formula to calculate the distance between two Eastings / Northings co-ordinates (m)

Hi all,

I need an excel formula to calculate the distance between two eastings and northings co-ordinates. They will be input in numerical format E: 429016 N: 300190 as where 'E:' and 'N:' are in column 1, rows A & B, and '429016' and '300190' are  in column 2, rows A & B respectively.
