it's a potential energy problem, you need to supply mgh worth of potential energy in 60 seconds
with mass to be found m, height h = 100m and g = 9.81 ms^-2
work done in 60 seconds = mgh = 9.81 * 100m=981m
so you need to do 981m joules of work in 60 seconds
power = 981m/60 = 73 500 W
m = 73500 * 60/981=4495Kg
