I want to find a cool skateboarding game that i can play online with friends (just freestylin')
All I want to do is freestyle with friends on the net. There would never be more than a few of us.
Just my system spec is a bit low..

512mb ram
S3 AGP Graphics(sucks ass really)
Tony Hawks 3 demo didn't work so thats out the window.
Any ideas?

Tony Hawks 1 and 2 only support 2 players and do not include freestyle modes. I would like to play with more.
If you have a Playstation 2, get a network adapter and Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4, it's playable online. This is the best suggestion I can give that doesn't include upgrading your PC :)

Ok ok - I missed where I said I had a PS2 and where I said I was wanting to waste money paying to play online.

Have you tried Skatepark Tycoon.
It lets you build a custom Skating park ala Rollercoaster tycoon. Set prices, build ramps and things, bathrooms, first aid stations, food courts, etc...
then you can take control of the skaters and go around doing tricks in your custom park. Its pretty cool if your into boarding , for me, the concept got real old real quick.
I prefer Jedi Outkast.

The thing is though Mike - I wanna play with friends ONLINE - they come from Canada/Brazil etc.
yah dude your just gonna have to upgrade. sry...
MTV Sports: Skateboarding is another option.. kind of old but it has a split screen multiplayer option.. not great but worth a shot :)

Tomeeboy is right. PS2 and Tony Hawk is your best option. Also note: TH3 is also playable online. You aren't going to get anywhere with that computer. Consoles are the way to go for sk8ing games.

I upgraded to a 1.67mhz pc with 256mb ram and a Geforce FX5600 XT-TD vid card.
Tony Hawks 3 is what I'm playing as a friend only has a 900mhz laptop.
