Modem Driver Problem!

Ok my moms modem isen't working and i need a new driver but ive downloaded like 3 diffrent ones and all i get is read me's and its for a 56k supra (diamond enterprises) modem and the model number is 2730 and i dont know why when i download it it dosent install right.
