The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. wich is best?

I am buying a computer,  (for lack of time to build my own, and lack of experiance) from dell (maybe) I have a choice between a Intel pentium  2.2ghz or 2.4 ghz...or intel celeron 2.2ghz, or 2.4 ghz...

First of all wich is better, pentium or celeron? why?

Second, Even though 2.4 ghz sounds better is it really? my old computer was a 166 and upgarding it to 200mhz didnt help any. But would this?

All other places I have asked I get.."3200+" ??? I didn't ask wich processor was the fastest in the world... I don't want to know if amd is better than intel, I just want to know  what I asked...I say this because I have posted at three different sites (yeah a whole 3) and it gets annoying when your question is answered incorrectly. or not answered at all, but here, I think I'll get an answer.
