out look express

I'm using out look express. My problem is two fold 1-when i clk on out lookexpress, I get a message on the top of the desk to "in box outlook express provided by com cast is not responding, after trying fo about I do get outlook express. In ther I review my incoming mail, but when I send out a message an error mesage comes out saying that my e-mail address is wrong (their talking about my address. I called The com cast tech group, I was told to go to start Run and add in run window "SFC /scannow" after it is over to clk OK, and then follow the outlook express wizzard. I did tollow directions, but after i went to run and added SFC /scannow, there was no message to clk add, after the program was finished it just went off Jim Boyle confused
I have a wholeslae business and count on the e-mail for my orders, and do not get much fron Dellm or Com Cast
