Deleting directories in program files locked by processes etc

Hi, I'm trying to delete some directories under program files, in specific that horrid directory MSN Gaming Zone.  I understand that a process probably has it open and so dissallows deletion.  Anyone, tell me simply and succintly how to remove this pain in rear directory?
