McAfee Auto Update Error 1053

I have a problem with my McAfee auto update. When i try to run it  i get message "Failed to initialize common Updater subsystem. Make sure the McAfee Framework service is running." When i try to start the McAfee framework ,I get ERROR 1053.
Av will scan OK,but i Cant update. Can anyone help?
