After you click Configure PIM, In the Handheld Configuration Window, is Address Book Checked?
Address Book <--> MS Outlook (ensure there is a checkmark to the left of Address Book)
In the Choose Translator screen, ensure that the Synchronize button is checked and not the import or export.
Are you getting any errors?
In the Intellisync window, click the View log button... Are there any error codes there?

Ooh, we have had lots of problems with blackberrys.
Has the blackberry identified the port.
Go to Connections in Desktop Manager, make sure that the correct port (COM or USB) is selected.
Are there any error messages?
Is this the first time you hooked up the blackberry or has it been running fine, and then now won't sync?
