Power Door Lock 99 Ford Explorer

Has anybody had an experince on how to remove the door cylinder? I do not think it is called a door cylinder but it is the part that jumps up and down to unlick/lock the doors. I need to change mine, it will lock but appears frozen when it ries to unlock. I can get to it after I remove my door panels but cannot figure out how to remove it.

Any link, picture instructions would be great.
