Winfile is part of VBS.Annod virus. Here is a description by Symantec and removal.

VBS.Annod is an overwriting Visual Basic Script (VBS) virus. It searches for .vbs files in the current folder (the location of the viral script). It then copies itself over these files.

Why do you think this is a virus? Winfile is the NT 4 File Manager utility.
