URLLSTCK.EXE has failed to start
During startup I receive the following: URLLSTCK.EXE has failed to start because NISRES.DLL was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem. My question is how do I fix this issue? Thanks, Don

NISRES.DLL is part of Norton Internet Security. So you need to reinstall NIS to get URLLSTCK>EXE working.
