How to delete a column in a .txt file?

Dear experts:

Hi,

I have a downloaded .txt file which has three columns (for three attributes) as the follows:

32, 34, 4
35, 21, 4
45, 67, 4
. . .
. . .
. . .

I do not need the last column (4).
The data has over 100,000 rows, and it will be very time-consuming to delete all 4s in the third (last column).

I will truly appreciate if you experts may kindly teach me how to remove the last column.
