The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. I am in chat rooms and people occasionally want to save something so they say take a "screenshot"

I have no idea what they are talking about but would love to be able to do it, because they have sent me these pics of the screen as it is when we are chatting from time to time, it's a video chat room.  Someone told me a screenshot is where you do a PRINTSCREEN but I don't have that on my laptop and haven't see it used in many years with any PC Computer, I am running Vista on my laptop and want to know if I can do the "SCREENSHOT" like these other people are doing or is it for MAC's only??Start Free Trial
