Send your faxes so that the first page goes in first. Don't worry about them printing in reverse order at the machines print them in the order they come in. The pages are also numbered as they are sent. You want page one to be the header page with receiver info on it.
We have computer fax receivers inthe office. Some monitors the incoming faxres and emails them to the correct person. They only get to see the first page with the sende info on it.

What is the make and model?
If your fax has a sheet feeder, which it sounds like it does, then I doubt it would have you reverse the order of the pages to fax multiple sheets. If it takes the top page the it probably takes the pages faces up and turns them. Can you see any graphic on the sheet feeder part of the fax to illustrate how the pages should be placed? Look for a turned corner and see if there are horizontal lines. That is the sign of the side with writing.
Let me know how this helps or if you have a question. Since all faxes are a little different your specific make and model are needed if you want me to be specific or definite. However I have never seen a fax that makes you reverse the page order to use a sheet feeder.
