You are asking how to find out about a particular 'webhost' or 'webhotel'? I'm guessing the web host.
You can use many various online services that will lookup for you the domain name, or IP address, and it will display for you the host server.
Try visiting: http://www.whois.sc and enter the domain name.
You should then see in the list of information the domain name servers.
From there you can then enter the domain name server of the hosting company to get detailed information about that hosting company.
