You can't. Sound Forge is for stereo recording and editing, it's not for multitracking.
The best solution would be to get a multi-track software like Cakewalk Home Studio or if you need big mixing power Cakewalk Sonar. You can still use Sound Forge to edit
the final stereo master mix (export) from Cakewalk. If you have Sony Vegas for video editing, it will also work for multitracking audio.
Note: When recording with a Sound Blaster card in a multi-track software be sure to un-check the "what you hear" box in the Sound Blaster control panel so the playback
tracks don't get mixed with your new overdub tracks. Also make sure the Sound Blaster mixer is set so only the one input you want to record is active.

Just to be sure it worked, I tried recording my voice with a copy of the Star Spangled Banner I have lying around, and it worked fine. Then I deleted the result for the good of all.
