Why does the right scroll bar disappear once I login to this website.

When I log in to this site, there is no scroll down bar on the right side. It's there before I login. The website says they are not experiencing any problems and advise me to use the alt key and F4 to log out.
I prefer to find a way to get the scroll bar back. It is there but it is blank. I need to scroll down to be able to logout properly.
I cleared my cache as they suggested, which is deleting temp files.
The only thing I can think of that might be causing it, is that I had alot of spyware last weekend and AVG has been finding a trojan here and there. I've never had a problem with this website until the last 2-3 days. I ran some spyware removal and cleanup software to get rid of all the spyware. I noticed I had to log in again on some sites but that is about all I noticed different.
By the way, they suggested I use Mozilla or FireFox. Maybe so, but I'd like to solve the problem with IE.
