The multiple files i have ziped and lost the password. Is there any possibilities of recovering the password for WINZIP / WINRAR ??

not within the WinZip or WinRar, you have to go with a separate program designed to recover such lost passwords;

Any program to crack a Zip/RAR password is going to need to use brute force (effectively guessing)

As you set the password originally  do you remember if you use mixed case, non-alpha numeric characters, spaces etc in your passwords?  This will affect how quickly any of the recommended programs can find the answer.

u use any of them ...paid or not paid ...they all took ages to retreive the rar or ziped password files ...as Masqueraid said ......bruteforcing ...and with this u can imagine how much time it would take ...

the time calculators ......in the softwares show u the time of abt 20 days ...i cant imagine who want to see a password file spending this much time ! ...
