I have a rather odd question but since you guys are all experts in debugging software and hardware, the human body should be like childsplay to you. =)
I am 23 years old, male and a healthy individual. I regularily exercise and eat normal food (most of the time healthy food). The problem I have is that after a meal I get extremely tired, hard to keep my eyes open. No amount of coffe or sugar can help me to wake up. This phase usually lasts for 1-2 hours.
Anyone else who are experiencing this?
Any tips for me to prevent this from happening?
