I went to HMS site. You mean you are paying 409 a month and they are giving you a warranty on all your appliances if they fail?
rator could all be replaced for that kind of money.
Or are you talking about home owners insurance in case of fire, etc?
My father has home owner's insurance thru All State that values all the contents of his house and it is only $288 a year and that includes the house too, not just the contents.
When you buy appliances, you are given a warranty of some kind, you can pay extra at the time of the purchase to get extended coverage.
It depends on what is being covered?
409 a month seems toooo high, That is $5000 a year. Your washer-dryer-stove-refrige
