IFRS Vs UK

Dear experts/friends/colleagues/comrades,

I am currently working on implementing IFRS in the commercial i am employed.

We are currenlty report financials on UK GAAP basis.

I am looking on write up material (recently published) showing the difference between IFRS and UKGAAP.

Can anyone guide me on this.
