Yes. It is air conditioner.

Part-load: Is it only when we turn on say 1 out of 3 air-con (System 3)?

Full-load: When we turn on ALL air-con?

First, please explain a bit of what you mean by "inverter". What does it do?
-
"May I ask is aircon with or without inverter better?"

The answer to this depends entirely on what you mean by "better"
uses less power?
cools quicker?
is more efficient?
makes less noise?

By "Inverter", do you mean the power backup?

by: dhsindyPosted on 2009-09-04 at 14:46:45ID: 25263590

An "inverter" changes DC current (power source) to AC (power source).  This works fine for motor loads that don't need a pretty sine wave like an air conditioner.  I see no advantage to using an inverter if AC power is available.

Besides a power conversion ALWAYS loses some of the power as heat.

Some models I found here with inverter.
I hope that will help answer some questions above.

I can now give you some comments.
with or without inverter better?  As I said it depends on what you mean by "better"
If you mean "overall temperature control" "with" is probably better.
If you mean overall energy efficiency, "without" is probably better.

Part load is operation after the house is cooled to near the set temperature. When the house temperature is far from the set point as when somebody returns to a vacant house maximum cooling is applied (full load) for a set time whereupon a more efficient mode is entered (part load). This is a good feature.

"How and when does it change from part to full load?"
The specifications you liked to said that the change takes place 15 min after initial start up.  (It seems to me that differencial temperature would be a better change point but I suspect that at full load in system is operating in a controlled overload condition that is best time limited.

1. So are you trying to say when an air con with inverter first start up, it will run in Full-Load first before switching to Part-Load eventually?

2. Why did you say non-inverter is more energy efficient?

3. Where did you see the 15-min change from full-load to part-load? I cannot find it.

1. So are you trying to say when an air con with inverter first start up, it will run in Full-Load first before switching to Part-Load eventually? Yes indee that is exactly what I was trying to say

2. Why did you say non-inverter is more energy efficient? The inverter will take at least some energy

3. Where did you see the 15-min change from full-load to part-load? I cannot find it.
In the detailed specification part of one of the airconditioner with inverter descriptions

The efficiency depends on your environment.  If You live in a very hot environment, non-inverter would most likely me more efficient, in a moderate environment the inverter model should be more efficient (use less energy).

I see that is exactly opposite of number 2 answer from aburr...

Non-inverter A/C systems either have the compressor on or off.  Inverter based systems vary the speed of the compressor as needed and don't pay a startup penalty (electrical spike, hardship to the equipment and noise) every time more compression is needed.

If the difference between outside and inside temps is large, then the speed of the inverter based units compressor would be high - so why not just run it full bore with no inversion loss?  A lower temp differential would benefit from the variable speed compressor not needing to run at full bore and then turn off constantly.
