I wouldnt open it just like that. It sound like a virus or trojan.
- You should put the file on your desktop.
- click once on the NAME
- change the name to file.rar
- download trial version of NOD32 version 4 antivirus http://download.eset.com/e
val/win/ea v/eav_nt32 _enu.msi
- ri
ght click the file and scan with NOD32
- open the file after scan is done and clear
- if double click doesnt opern the file just RIGHT CLICK it and choose OPEN WITH Winrar

Remove the ".html" part of the extension then use Winrar to extract them.
