best way to get a small retail business website up and running

I have a friend who's quite intelligent but, beyond being able to type and go online, is not computer literate.  He has a small retail business and wants to finally have their products displayed and available for purchase through a website.  What's the fastest, most cost-effective, but quality way for him to get up and running?  Note: there has to subsequently be an easy way for him to add new products and images w/o having the web company involved.  I know there's tons of options, ranging from templates, to web development companies in U.S. to outsourcing it to India, Nepal, .etc. or Eastern Europe.  Any thoughts on which way is best?  Start Free Trial
