Is it possible to transfer dial settings from one PC to another?

I have a user who is using AOL Dial-up to connect to the internet... Recently their hard drive started to crash so we backed up ALL of the data on it and gave him a new laptop...  Ever since then he cannot connect to AOL and I wanted to see if there is a file or something that I can copy into a directory to transfer the dial settings from one PC to another?  I learned about transferring the PFC file, but I don't think that has dial settings as well... Any help qould be greatly appreciated.  Thanks,
