Death Sentence

Many countries have abolished it altogether. eg : Israel, UK
Many countries have not. Eg USA and many many other. Texas state is particularly notorious in this regard.
Therefore, for the same crime u may or may not be condemned to die depending on who caught you where etc.

Question 1 : Do you support Death Sentence ?

Question 2 : Consider for a moment that you were (or your dear one) sentenced to death (for whatever reasons - lets not debate that), would you still argue that Death Sentence should exist ?
