I am wanting to give up smoking....

i have been a smoker now for several years and have tried many methods to give up.
What i want is someone who will be able to write in less than 500 words something that will make me give up without the empty insecure feelings of giving up cigarettes, a good piece of psychology that would make me give up without the scare tactics of how bad they are..
if you have to write more than 500 words, thats ok, but try not to make it more than seven hundred.
