The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

Cosmological argument

This argument is based around the creation of the universe (hence cosmo from cosmos). This gives the argument great strength, as it originates around something which is (nigh-on) universally accepted. No-one seriously denies the existance of the universe, so the cosmological argument has its feet firmly planted on that respect. This version of the argument is called the 'Kalam' cosmological argument, and was first put forward by islamic theologians and philosophers.

The argument can be summarised, as follows:

1. Everything that has a beginning of existance must have a cause
2. The universe began to exist
3. The universe had a cause
4. The cause was God

Instead of my specific request for the ontological argument, I want a discussion on ALL the pros and cons of this argument. I don't have many points, since I ask a lot of questions, but I'll be giving more than I did for Ontological.
