The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not?   • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Arabs and Jews

I'm trying to understand the root cause of the conflict between Arabs and Jews. It seems like that goes back long before the rebirth of the state of Israel in 1948, i.e., long before the Palestinian problem we are seeing right now. Not only Abrabs, but also Iran still looked at Israel as their ennemies. Or can one say that it is the Muslim world as a whole which is against the Jews? Is there anything that can be done in order to reconcile all parties?
There might be cases where a few Arabs and Jews are friends, but I think those are rather exceptions than the rule.
What I want to find out is the root cause of this situation. Inputs from Arabs and Jews are appreciated, as well as ideas from those who are knowledgeable regarding this subject.
