The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

The Grade of the Solution
The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
The Number of Author and Expert Comments
The Number of Experts Contributing
The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Part I - THREAD DESCRIPTION:

Please treat this thread as an administrative thread for the purpose of ongoing discussions about the guidelines that would or should apply in this Philosophy & Religion TA (P&R).

This is not an attempt to change existing EE guidelines, but to promote a general understanding as to how the guidelines would/should be applied here in the P&R TA.

This P&R Guidelines Commentary thread is being treated as a combination of Guidelines Commentary and a FAQ list. Those who would participate can submit questions about the guidelines, make comments about other postings in this thread, bring up actual or hypothetical examples.

Page Editors able to edit and delete all parts of a thread making it parctical for me to maintain in-place updates of the evolving guidelines and FAQ list in their original positions in this thread.

So, there is a four part format to this thread:
(1) This question part contains this discription describing what this thread is about.
(2) The space normally occupied by the first thread posting will contain the evolving Guideline Commentary
(3) The space normally occupied by the second thread posting will contain the evolving list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). derrived from:
(4) Postings made by participants, which will follow as in regular threads.
