With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. If he *did* think it, then why: was he so appreciative of the *Apostle* Junia? Why did he say such good things about the women who taught in the churches, often naming them first (Priscilla and Aquilla), etc?

If you want to explore this further, let's start a thread on it.

okay, saw the above posted in a thread about Islam. since it was admittedly off topic there, i'd like to toss it out as a new thread to see what sticks.

basically: "Did Paul intend women to be subordinate, or were they to be equal members of the christian church that paul envisioned? did they become equal members in the churches that Paul established?"
