And that's the kind of energy I'm talking about - the physics kind. Really, all they come up with for a definition is "the ability to do work", which is pretty non-descript. This ability is inherrent in all things. I mean, even a pebble on a beach has mass, which is another form of energy. So what are we talking about when we talk about "energy". Can you put your finger on it?
