With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Convince me to not commit suicide (HYPOTHETICAL)

I was at a library yesterday and I ended up reading about suicide. It made me wonder, about arguments against commiting suicide.

So here's the (hypothetical) deal: pretend that I am a suicidal person, and whoever I think makes the most compelling argument against me commiting suicide, gets all the points!

I might divide the points if I consider more than one argument compelling.

Arguments that take my hypothetical background into account have a higher chance of winning.

If you need some background, here it is (this resembles somebody i used to know who committed suicide): I am a young male, early twenties, living in one of the wealthy western countries. I'm not very impressed with threats of hell (because I'm a convinced atheist) or arguments stemming from pseudoscience, but you can try. My reasons for wanting to commit suicide are a general dislike of my life which has resulted from extensive bullying at school and other areas of my life, and a father with anger issues when under the influence of alcohol and ego issues where he ended up belittling me (particularly traumatizing). My self-esteem is very low and as a result I try to cover it up by lying about such things as sexual experience and amount of friends, when the subject comes up (and I usually ended up humiliating myself in the progress). I ended up becoming a depressed nihilist who spends most of his time playing video games and barely developed any social skills and consider myself to have no friends, and also consider myself to be unworthy of friendship because of my inexperience and as a result having little to offer for any potential friends. I think that this shows, because people generally try to avoid interacting with me. I consider myself misunderstood by everyone around me.

I might have gotten a little carried off there.
