With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not?   • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Ethics and morality. What is the difference?

Hi
I am reading a book about ethics in IT as I am an IT system administrator without any previous knowledge in philosophy, I checked books and the Internet to find a simple definition and some examples of both but I think I am more confused now.

What is the definition of both?
Which one contains the other? Or they are separate?
Being ethical is the same as following the law?
Do Ethics have to do with any religious beliefs?
Does being ethical mean doing what the law requires?
Do Ethics consist of the standards of behavior of what society accepts?
What about abortion? Is it ethically or morally wrong/right?
