In numerous recent decisions the Supreme Court is very often criticized, rarely critically acclaimed, often 'evenly' split, viewed less supremely, more supine if not benign.

Please let us not revisit and rehash yet again the older 'controversial' ones (been there done that), like Roe v. Wade, feel welcome to do that separately.
I hesitate to ask what should be done (ex: vote) or why it is going this way (sounds more philisophical, I'd like to push this as having more political bent, about one of the three main branches of a check-and-balance system).
How about we do ten examples (decimal), and try to count/track your own pro/con choices. Or at least eight to get a byte out of the bits.
With participation, I predict the sum to be more of balance than many may think, and some surprise for some.
Although as asker, I prefer to question than answer, so please give more answers than questions, unless of course you do not mind sounding like you are not an American. I'll try to put up up to half to help get it going.
OK then, find us ten decisions, try to address within reason what those decisons were, and their reasoning (not so much the lack thereof) and declare one side of the issue, a pro or a con. You may rate them at will. I doubt you'll convince anyone, but if you agree with someone, that does not mean that you must remain a lurker.
