Sounds to me like someone is having a snit fit.
In every other question in which you were looking for the name of an actor rather than a character, you said "plays" so I assumed in question #10, you were looking for Radar's "real" name, not the name of the actor, Gary Burghoff, who played Radar in both the movie and the television series. It's Walter Eugene O'Reilly, so my answer isn't wrong; it just didn't include the middle name.
#5 does not have a spelling mistake in it:

If you're being that picky, you should also have noted that #4 was wrong since I didn't say "Corporal (later Sergeant) Maxwell Q. Klinger"
BTW, Major Margaret "Hotlips" Houlihan's last name is not spelled with two O's.

U made an error in the Spelling of Radar's home town its propaplt a typo.
Radar was born and raised on a farm in Ottumwa, Iowa. His Father died when he was very young. He's nicknamed Radar because of his unnerving ability to know about things before they happen. Favorite drink is Grape Nehi. Enlisted in the army when he was 18. He wanted to be a Marine but failed the medical.
