Site to rearrange letters into words

Hi,

Not a riddle, sorry :(

I just need a link to any website that rearranges letters in a word or phrase into all the permutations of new word combos.

Does that make sense?

Like I enter "The Chicken Flies at Dawn"

and get back a bunch of meaningless word combos using all the letters in the original phrase.  I can't think of what that is even called.
