Below is a  3 cell by 3 cell grid, use any positive or negative number except 5 in cells so each horizontal, vertical, and diagonal row of three has a
sum of 15.   digit can  be used more than once.(remember ANY number u can imagine EXCEPT 5 has been predetermined as follow  ):

a+5+b = 15
a+d+h = 15
b+d+f  = 15
f+g+h = 15
5+d+g = 15
b = 10-a
g = 10-d
h = 15-a-d
f = 15-b-d = 15-(10-a)-d = 5+a-d
f+g+h = (5+a-d) + (10-d) + (15-a-d) = 30-3*d = 15
d=(30-15)/3 = 5

just fill up the rest with square root of 25, cube root of 125...

You are right, sorry for my late point, this question came from a friend of mine, i cant answer and couldn't find the answer, so thought experts might hv better solution, days after, i surrendered to my friend, and to my surprise he said no answer too, it really frustated me, sorry for taking u guys' time, thank you so much
