say you have 15 boxes of gold coins and 1 box of brass coins. each box have 12 coins. Now you have digital scale which gives you exact weight of coin(s) you put on scale. remember this is not balance, this is digital weighing scale. now, in 3 measurements you have to find out which box is having brass coins.
