OCR - VBScript or VBA

I would like to know if its possible to do OCR in VBScript or VBA .. I basically want to take an image of black/white text and parse it out into a document.. there is no interference.. just black/white.. even if a small sample is provided it will be enough, as long as its enough of a sample to build on myself.
