Best paid web email provider

Hi,

What are the best providers of web-based email? I am not looking for free ones here. I have a domain name and the domain registrar gave me one account of 25 MB, but read it again, its 25 MB and not 2500MB.

I know Fastmail is reliable, but are there any competitors. I don't trust Yahoo and Hotmail enough to be a paid subscriber, but if you have got any good feedback about them, I'll reconsider.
